We ship to all addresses within the United States and Canada, including:

- Business addresses
- PO Boxes (for small items only)
- APO/FPO addresses (US military bases)
International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping outside of the United States and Canada. We are working to expand our shipping coverage in the future.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after placement. Processing includes:

- Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST: Processed same business day
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST: Processed next business day
- Weekend orders: Processed on Monday

7. PACKAGING

8. DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS
Signature Requirement
Signature may be required for:
- High-value orders (over $500)
- Business addresses
- Customer request
Delivery Attempts
If delivery is unsuccessful:
- Carrier will make up to 3 delivery attempts
- A delivery notice will be left
- Package may be held at local carrier facility for pickup
- After 5 days, package may be returned to us
9. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Address Restrictions
We cannot ship to:
- PO Boxes for large printers (over 20 lbs)
- International addresses outside USA/Canada
- Addresses flagged as high-risk by our fraud prevention system
Product Restrictions

10. SHIPPING DELAYS
While we strive for on-time delivery, delays may occur due to:

- Customs clearance (for Canadian shipments)
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

11. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit:
- Contact us immediately at (888) 857-2001
- We will file a claim with the carrier
- We will send a replacement or issue a refund
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund
- Do not discard damaged items until claim is resolved
12. INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. If you provide an incorrect address:
- We are not responsible for delivery to wrong address
- Address changes after shipment may incur additional fees
- Contact us immediately if you notice an error
13. REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
If you refuse delivery or fail to claim your package:
- Package will be returned to us
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping fees may be deducted from refund
- Restocking fee may apply (15% of order total)
